VPN Won't Connect

When the problem first occured, I looked up online what to do. It said change the ports from 1194 to 443 (tcp). I tried doing this by changing that on each line and ran it, and it kept saying SetTunnelSocket returned 1. Again, I tried to research this. Most of websites I found said to change certain things such as verbosity and tun-tap, but none of this worked. I am only 15, so I am not sure if I should call my isp or something... Thanks so much <3
