OVPN File Creating?

Hello Guys ,
i have a litte Problem i download the .deb File from openvpn on my Linux Debian 8 64Bit Server i installed with dpkg -i openvpn......deb okay than i go to the Admin Webinterface on /admin.
Than i go to the User Interfacr Download the .msi File and installed on my Windows PC every thing is working but now i would like to installed on my android phone how i can make this i dont have cert. or key File or .ovpn File how i can create the file and how i can create user login please help
