No Cert File in /etc/openvpn Ubuntu iOS

I've been following this tutorial: http://bolehvpn.net/serv_bolehvpn_linux ... orkmanager
I'm up to the point in which I am supposed to make my own configuration files and I don't have the cert and key folder in openvpn.
I don't have any ca.cert files or username.cert files anywhere. So if I'm supposed to create these files than how do I do that or is there any address I can download them from?
64-bit operating system
16gb ram
i7 4970 CPU.
