So Asus has informed me that this is not possible on my router. Does anyone know a router that I can setup that would allow for this?

You mean you have a static IP allocated by your ISP ?
i haven't seen a router home/soho/enterprise that doesn't have an option to configure a static IP on it so far.

He means tunnel IP.

I need to have a router that will allow me to setup OpenVPN in a way so that I can allocated specific local IPs to specific VPN users (i.e each user has a static local IP). Any suggestions for a good router that can definitely do this?
