ip not changed

Hi to all,
i have followed the readwrite tutorial and i have instaled successful open vpn on RPI 2 , but now i have two problems with.
1. i can connect with my phone from outside lan using network operator internet, BUT my ip is not changed, i have checked many sites for ip info also login in incognito mode on facebook and i receive a email with my right identification about ip, phone type and browser..... the app i use for is openvpn for android no other works...
2. from inside my lan i cant connect to vpn ....
any help are really welcome
