Use specific IP from a dynamic IP?

Hi all,
First of all I'm a newbie at openvpn and configs.
I got an .ovpn file from my proxy provider and it assigns everytime I log into openvpn again a new IP from their range as I bought a dynamic IP.
I would like to know if it's somehow possible with openvpn to get a specific IP from their dynamic IP range.
So lets say I connect to openvpn and get x IP assigned and next time I want the same, that I could somehow edit the config file and let it everytime try to connect to that IP first.
