VPN Server and Client accessibility on same network

My current setup consists of a router that acts as an OpenVPN server. I use this to access my internal network, however one of the machines on the network is connected to a seperate external VPN network from a VPN provider. I can access this machine when I'm connected directly to the network, however if I VPN into my network, I can no longer access this machine. Is there any way to configure my setup so that I can access this machine when I VPN into my network?
