Automatically Start openvpn when i Start Programm

Hello,

is it possible when i Start the program (kodi) that openvpn automatically starts in the background and Connect.. So that i have a vpn connection while the program (kodi) is open.. And when i close it openvpn close to???

I use Windows 7
