Need to setup and deploy OpenVPN to 100 users

I have about 100 users I need to get setup with a VPN connection. What would be the easiest/more secure method to do this?

Unless I am missing something by options are to use the key method, and then find a way to get those keys on everyones computer or to use the username/password method?

I would be an absolute pain to generate and deploy 100 keys to each individual user.

Maybe pfSense (free) or OpenVPN Access Server (not free for 100 users). I don't know if they'll do what you need with ease, but they do provide UI management for OpenVPN.

I suggest testing each in a VM and see if it's something that will work for you.
