OpenVPN: Peer to Peer and Remote access in same server

Hi Friends.
Have one problem and dont can solve, please need your help
Have Server A:
Wan: 181.12.34.22
Lan: 192.168.1.0
OpenVPN: Remote Access (Working file)
Have Server B:
Wan: 181.54.32.34
Lan: 192.168.2.0
OpenVpn: NULL
In this moment have many clients connecting to my server A and working fine
Now need conect the server A with the Server B, why? Because have a Astersik Server in both parts:
The Asterisk A have 192.168.1.240
The Astersik B have: 192.168.2.21
Now need create into the Server A new OpenVPN connection Peer to Peer and conect the two pfsenser servers.
When create the new OpenVpn server in A, and try configure the client in B dont work
The new OPENVPN working in the 1195 port (Because the 1194 is working with the Remote access vpn)
And try to configure my client to this port 1195 but dont work dont connect.
Try with this guide but dont work
