No Menu for OpenVPN

Hello,
I have a Note 3, version SM-N9006, and I am running Lolipop (5.0). Apparently, when I installed OpenVPN, there is no menu, which the app is pretty useless without it. I have tried adding a SD card, it still didn't show the menu. Here's what it looks like:

Is there any way to fix this?
