How to write a reverse proxy script in client configuration

I would like to ask whether it is possible to write a reverse proxy script in the client config...if it is possible then how should i write it...
This reverse proxy was found in Psiphon handler Ui mod by dzebb handler...so is there any way the same thing could be done in the ovpn configuration
