Hi, I am a total noob here with openvpn for iOS so pleasant forgive this if a dumb question....

Looking at all the documentation I can find, it seems that the only discussions are about configuring openvpn app on IOS used TLS security. I realize this is more secure than using just a "static key" authorization, but is it possible to configure openvpn for iOS to establish a VPN connection to a server that is only set to use static key?

If so, any examples showing a "how to"?

As I don't have an iOS devise I cannot say .. also, is OpenVPN for the iOS device Free Open Source Software ?
