How do I tell if I've done everything right and have a "fips 2" vpn edge.

If i do a openvpn --version I get
openvpn --version
OpenVPN 2.3.6 x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu [SSL (OpenSSL)] [LZO] [EPOLL] [PKCS11] [MH] [IPv6] built on Dec 2 2014
library versions: OpenSSL 1.0.1e-fips 11 Feb 2013, LZO 2.06

If do a fips check
[root@localhost openvpn-2.3.6]# fipscheck
usage: fipscheck [-s <hmac-suffix>] <paths-to-files>
fips mode is on

But am I setup right? How do I know?
