Cannot download using Windows XP

The OpenVPN client for Windows XP cannot be downloaded using Windows XP with either IE or Chrome. Chrome gives the error ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH. If this has been reported before, it sure isn't possible to find it. Neither "XP" nor "download" is allowed in the forum "search capability" (if you can call it that.)

can you write the exact URL used because i can download using explorer 8 just fine...

I just downloaded all seven downloads for v236 from:
