IP Rotation Script

I am unable to ascertain if there exists the possibility of having a server rotate every X minutes with the OpenVPN connect client. Is there some sort of script or setting that can do so? For dynamic IPs, a simple disconnect and reconnect does the job, so I am curious. Any help would be great. I am, of course, a newb.
