cannot import the opvn from safari

Hi all,
I tried to import one of the .ovpn from vpn gate but when I press open in " open VPN", it can auto switch to the app but there is no profile adopted. Could you please advise if I have missed something or what? I have been using the same method with my iphone 4s IOS7 but then its not working under my iphone 6+. Many thanks for your help!
