VyprVPN.com: Can't establish OpenVPN connection auth-failure

Hey guys.
First post, so excuse the simple questions.
Problem: I am trying to establish a VPN connection on my HTPC (192.168.1.6) running XBMCbuntu. I am a user of VyprVPN (A Giganews service) that uses OpenVPN.
The HTPC is connected to a switch that then connects to a router. The HTPC has an internet connection provided by the router (192.168.1.1). I have a central server (192.168.1.5) that provides all the media to the HTPC and is also connected to the internet via a router.
I have downloaded the San Francisco.opvn file from http://www.giganews.com/support/vyprvpn ... nnect.html and am able to establish a VPN connection on the server using 'openvpn --config San-Francisco.opvn.
As I live in Australia I am looking to access Netflix on the HTPC. However, I am unable to establish a VPN connection from the HTPC. I am left with this error message.

What is going on here? I have installed all the necessary packages, and have attempted to research the error message, however this has left me with nothing.
Can anybody help me with this?
