Restrict usage of IPs on a more granular level?

Hi there,
I could be missing it entirely (My google-fu has failed me, as have my searches on the OVPN site), but I seem to be missing a way to more granularly restrict what IPs are available.
I understand you can use something like...
server 10.50.1.10 255.255.255.0
And that will place the server on 10.50.1.10 (as I understand it- if this is wrong PLEASE correct me), and use the entire 0-254 range available to it. But let's say that I only want it to be able to use from 10-255. Is there a method built in to OVPN to allow this to occur?
