Connection problems.

Firstly apologies if this is in the wrong part of the forum , I'm running a binary of openvpn on android ( fire tv ) but couldn't find the non - connect section.
Openvpn is working on firetv for some providers, but this same error occurs for me and others on PIA.
Is there something I'm forgetting whilst setting this up ?
