Proxy Authentication for IOS and Tunnelblick.

Hello guys,
I'm trying to connect to my personal VPN but the problem is that in my new job there's a proxy with authentication.
In windows it's easy to solve that problem using a file to do it, but I couldn't do it for my IOS and my Tunnelblick (for Mac users).
My question is, is there anyway to directly pass the password and user on ovpn file?
It would solve my problem.
