Risks of creating certificates on one machine

Hi,
I have a few questions regarding te certificate creation. I want to setup an OpenVPN server with multiple clients on a RaspberryPi. I found some threads in the internet that are using easyrsa3 to generate the certificates. All on the same machine although in two seperate folders.

1. What are my risks creating the ca, server and client certificates on the same machine?
2. Could I create multiple client certificates withthe same pki?
