Need help! Please direct to the right location if need be.

I created a special Ubuntu image. I'm Using Ubuntu 12.04 with Network Manager and OpenVPN.
So my issue is that when I burn my image with USB creator there's no config file. So when there's no config file. So I cant connect to local intranet sites.
Any ideas on how to fix this.
