Openvpn and openvswitch

With openvswitch the traffic management is really easier now. I'd like to think about a back 2 back VPN tunnel using openvpn and openvswitch to established tunnel without firewall problem.
It seems that the process to establish this back 2 back tunnel could be the exact inverse as a man in the middle attack type
Clients are connecting to a collaborative server to establish connection and authentify. Once done openvswitch is bypassing both side (changing ip addresses and ports) and tunnel is established back to back.
Does it make sense for anybody?
Does somebody want to try to setup a brassboard or a projet on that matter?
