change range client IP !

Hi,
I installed openvpn with Debian in virtualBox server, the configuration is good and everything working but when I want to clone the Debian image, Openvpn changes the range client IP and my client cannot to connect ! I don't know if the problem come from the VirtualBox or OpenVpn !
