Hello I just installed openvpn-install-2.3.2-I003-x86_64.exe on windows 8.1, and run it as admin, however the GUI system does nothing when I double click it, and right click just gives me a very basic settings menu (proxy, general, about)

so the GUI systray icon is supposed to not respond to double click and instead I have to a manual set up which negates the whole point in a GUI?
