[Resolved] Panasonic softphone dropping calls

[Resolved] Panasonic softphone dropping calls

I didn't setup the openvpn on the computer, the IT person did. The issue I am having is that calls on the softphone drops after 10 minutes. Has anyone have any idea why. With the laptop connected on the local lan this never happens. Any help would be helpful. sorry posted in wrong list.

Sounds like a timeout issue on a firewall. Call your IT guy/gal.
