Full env variables in --down

It would be nice if --down had access to the same environment variables as --client-disconnect. (Or if --client-disconnect was available in P2P mode.)
Currently I use a --client-disconnect script in P2MP mode to process data usage when a client disconnect, but I can't do so for P2P connections.
