OpenVPN Support Forum

Hi all, I have been reading a lot through the Forums here and haven't been able to solve my own problem - so I'm asking for some help!

I was happily using OpenVPN on my old iPad (3rd gen) and still do on my iPhone 5, but for some reason when I'm connecting over a 3G or 4G cellular connection on the iPad Air, it times out. I can connect fine over WiFi, and my first thought was that it may be a server side problem (Virgin Australia), but given that my iPhone is on the same service provider and can connect immediately with the same config files, it doesn't make much sense to me

I would be very grateful if anyone could shed some light on this issue.
