http and https without vpn, all other ports over vpn

hello, i have a local web server with a torrent downloading client. the server uses openvpn to a server in asia.
but i need to access the server on the public ip on port 80 and 443. when the vpn is active i cant reach the server from outside my internal network. i need some rules that drops http and https traffic from the vpn.
How could i do this? Thanks
