sometimes can't switch the connection on :(

Hi,
Since yesterday im using VPN and OpenVPN
my Device Ipad3 + IOS 7.0.4 + open VPN 1.0.2.
I've entered my username & password & save slider.
First 3-4 times i opend the openvpn client everything was okay with connecting.
Then i opend it and the username & password was empty.
If i re put it in, i cant switch the connection button on.
or if i re put it in, i can switch the slider but the username & password fields will be erased....
funny (or not) if the fields leaved empty the slider can switch to on! but nuthin happend...
ive reinstalled this morning the app, and the same things happens today
any suggestions?
p.s.
i m a simple user...

Could you try completely uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Sometimes issues like these are caused by the VPN plugin component in the app not being installed correctly, or some sort of communication issue between the app and the plugin.

i did this 2 times ( reinstall + reboot )
and the problemes still remains....
i cant tell u a sequence when it works and when not!
i ve tried nearly everything!!!
i m running out of ideas...
obviously there are others with the same problen...
find the bug !!!

Based on the symptoms, it looks like a situation where the UI is not able to start up the OpenVPN plugin component.
Next time this occurs, it would be great if you could look at the iOS console log at the point of the connection failure. It's possible there might be an error message in the log that could shed some light on the problem.

We've confirmed that this is an issue with OpenVPN Connect 1.0.2, and will be fixed in the upcoming 1.0.4 release.
