[Closed] OpenVPN - DHCP external IP range / setup ?

Hi, firstly I would like to say I'm not terribly proficient with server terminology and technology. I would very much appreciate any help that can be provided to my query below.
Notice: I will be paying the people that manage my VPS to implement this solution - I'm having trouble explaining my needs to them so if I show them this thread they might be better equipped to help me.
My needs/desired setup:
[*]I require 4 different IP addresses at the same site, that I can connect to via OpenVPN.
[*]One client (just myself)
[*]I should be able to choose the IP I connect to
[*]This entire VPS setup (CentOS) is just for OpenVPN, and traffic is quite low (a few MB per day - just me)
My questions and caveman thoughts so far (be gentle):
[*]One set of client files should be enough. I don't need multiple setups for multiple IP addresses right?
[*]I have bought 4 additional external IP addresses from my VPS host which will be added by them (not via cPanel but through SSH or whatever they do).
[*]Can I just specify a DHCP range in OpenVPN for these external IP addresses (I realise that one IP address -- the current one -- will be used purely for OpenVPN Server)? And then I could specify the preferred/static IP in my client's network adapter or client VPN program (Tunnelblick on Mac)
How would I best implement this? Code examples would be helpful. I just don't understand the link between the additional IP addresses I bought and how OpenVPN will be able to pool them together and say "ok, this is the set of IP addresses I will hand out, either dynamically or if the client has indicated a preference I will give that one".
I know that the server directive/line is important, but not sure how to deal with it.
Any examples helpful, or a place where I can pay for some advice or even an expert to implement this - happy to do whatever it takes.
Many thanks,
Tuna
