Broken DEB repos

At least Wheezy repos from here:

is broken:
W: Failed to fetch http://swupdate.openvpn.net/repos/apt/w ... 4/Packages: 404 Not Found
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
E: Couldn't rebuild package cache
Moreover, I can't access http://swupdate.openvpn.net/repos/apt/ (403) and other pages at http://swupdate.openvpn.net/, so may be all other repos is broken too.
By the way, why there is 403 error? All content of all repos should be accessible by browser, there is no reasons to hide it. It's be a good idea to add ftp support also for this repos.
