OPENVPN Client --remote random Possible to force switch?

Hello;I've tried to find my answer in the well-documented library, but unfortunately I dodn't succeed. I was hoping any of the more tech-savvie OpenVPN guru's could help me?
I use OpenVPN client in combination with DD-WRT. This works great. I have several OpenVPN servers I could connect to, but only one is specified for the moment (Remote Host field). If I modify the config file; I could add several servers, and add the --remote-random command. So far, so good.
What I want to do, however, is trigger a random reconnect. Example:
I am connected to one OpenVPN server; but after x Time (eg 24 hours); I would like it to switch to another one, based on the remote-random command.
I haven't found a way to do this yet. I hope someone could point me in the right direction?
