OpenVPN Connect for iOS and Android profile script

One of the feature of the OpenVPN Connect for iOS/Android is as follows:
Easily import .ovpn profiles from SD card, OpenVPN Access Server, Private Tunnel or via a browser link.
I have a VPN server and would like to distribute profiles to my users via browser link. What would be the setup for the web server to be able for the profile to be downloaded from the browser. Please help.
