Opne VPN keeps getting Error loading profile on iphone 3gs

HI,
I am not able to get Open VPN to work each time when I try to load the new profile Chicago from
privatetunnel.com I keep getting an error loading profile: Inbox/C, option_error:remote option not specifiled. How
do I fix this to get this service to work on my iphone. Something went wrong here. This is to configure on the iphone 3gs with
OS 6.13 .
