Issues getting "cipher AES-256-CBC" to work

I'm having an issue trying to get AES-256-CBC to working in OpenVPN AS.

When logged into the OpenVPN AS admin I go to "Advanced VPN", enter these settings then save: http://i.imgur.com/lRouThm.jpg

After I reload the VPN server requested in the admin.

First attempt to login fails, second attempt returns this error: http://i.imgur.com/lkEB100.jpg

Third attempt returns: http://i.imgur.com/l5G3arz.jpg but I'm still running on my ISP assigned IP
