I now know where my problem is.
I have gateway server with shorewall and paralell server with openvpn and shorewall.
Now I can not access local network via openvpn. So how to setup openvpn server or gateway server to access local network behind openvpn or gateway?
Now it is not possible, internet works but can't ping local network....

you need (possibly) to add a static route to your shorewall for the vpn
subnet redirecting traffic to your openvpn server lan ip...

do you mean on VPN server or gateway server?

you must add the static route to the device that acts as default gateway
for your lan pcs
