OPEN VPN

Personally, I'm not very familiar with Linux so forgive me for some basic questions.
I have the one company that has an OpenVPN GUI management "OpenVPN Access Server"
As the former manager was the one who held all configuration and left no documentation, I would like to see all the users who have access to OpenVPN, but do not see it in the interface.
Need to perform maintenance on these users to verify which are accessible and which are created, believe that these users were created directly in OpenVPN server, but do not see it in the management interface.
I do not know is a configuration error for these users do not see the GUI or is that really how it works.
Note that I checked in Interface "OpenVPN Access Server" method of user authentication are as PAM.
For this reason, I request help or documentation for commands that I can perform maintenance such user as: create, delete, edit ..... on the server that is installed OpenVPN.
