How do I run OpenVPN-GUI for Linux on Ubuntu?

Hi guys,
I stumbled on this web page http://sourceforge.net/projects/sogfl/?source=navbar and would like to use the program in Ubuntu.
The fact is, I do not know how to run/execute it.
Some help would be much appreciated.
