OpenVPN 2.3.2 Bad Signature [SOLVED]

Hi!
I downloaded openvpn-install-2.3.2-I001-x86_64.exe with appropriate GnuPG Signature from http://openvpn.net/index.php/open-source/downloads.html and using GPA 0.9.4 I get Bad signature by Samuli Seppänen.
[SOLVED] while writing but I will post anyways in case someone needs this. Using GUI returns bad signature, using cmd returns good signature.
