configure OpenVPN client

Hey there,
I have a Qnap that allow to use OpenVPN. In it I get a ca.crt and a openvpn.ovpn.
I installed the gadmin-openvpn-client. But then I have to put things, so many things. I just don't know what I must do.

If any clue or tutorial somewhere... Because I didn't found any that provide easy step to this configuration I'm actually in with theses files I do not know what they actually are.
