OpenVPN Login Dialog Box

How can I make this appear when my users login?
Right now it just sits in the system tray and they have remember to login in to it. This is causing me some headaches because some users no matter how many times I tell them to use it, they forget. By having it appear upon logging in I hope to avoid this problem.
