easy-rsa directory missing

Iam trying to install a server openvpn in Windows 7 32bits but already find a problem.

After install openvpn-install-2.3.1-I001-i686.exe i cant find the folder "easy-rsa".


Can someone help?

Which of the scores of links is the link to download an executable easy-rsa for Windows?
It seems to be makefiles for compiling; is the average user to compile easy-rsa?

Thank you, I was able to download the .zip for Windows from there.

However, when I run build-ca.bat, I get the error message

'openssl' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program, or batch file.

Is it necessary to rename one of the three versions of openssl provided to openssl.exe or something? I can find nothing in a readme file or anything.

The path includes C:\\Program Files\OpenVPN\bin

I can find no file named openssl.exe created by installing OpenVPN or extracting the Easy-RSA package linked above from github.

The closest thing to an openssl.exe file I can find are 3 files extracted from the github Windows Easy-RSA .zip linked above, but none have filename extensions. The three files are
openssl-0.9.6
openssl-0.9.8
openssl-1.0.0

There is no opesssl.exe in the /bin directory of either of the two Windows XP machines on which I have installed OpenVPN.

I uninstalled OpenVPN, then re-installed.

Is the box "RSA Certificate Management Scripts" the one you mean by "Easy-rsa" ?

Yes, folder "easy-rsa" will be show if checked "OpenVPN RSA Certificate Management Scripts" while installing OpenVPN

The menu in this post where you can select to install easy-rsa 2 is missing in the newest version??? In easy-rsa 3 there is no easyrsa.exe??? You can't download easy-rsa 2.2 from GitHub, I can't find the link. As of right now, OpenVPN appears to be broken completely for new setups.
