Installing AS alongside community OVPN

Hi all,
We currently have a CentOS 5.5 box running community OpenVPN server v2.2.2. VPN connections come in on TCP/1194.
I have tested the latest OpenVPN Access Server on a CentOS 6 server and, to be quite frank, I love it! It's been a smooth setup, even authenticating against our Active Directory servers. I want to make plans to replace the existing community OpenVPN offering with Access Server but to aid migration I will need to run them side-by-side.
So, may I enquire as to the following:
1) Am I able to install Access Server onto the same server, alongside the existing community edition without breaking either? I will create a new client subnet for Access Server connections.
2) Will AS run on CentOS 5.5 as effectively as it appears to under CentOS 6? For instance I didn't need to install any dependencies on CentOS6, do I need anything for 5?
3) As my community edition is using port TCP/1194, will it be easy to just install AS to use something like UDP/1195?
P.S. Upgrading my existing CentOS5.5 server to 6 isn't an option for me.
Thank you!
Elliot
