Open VPN expert needed for hire (small job)

I'm still very new to OpenVPN. I've already installed OpenVPN. However, I need a couple of minor enhancements.
1. I want a few TCP connections from the WAN/Internet to be forwarded to a VPN client. There are instructions on how to do this are here:

; however, Im a little too inexperienced to do it myself.
2. I also need to setup openVPN bridge mode correctly (for Netbios traffic to come through). Right now my OpenVPN client connects using, “dev tap0”. However, I think I still need to bridge my Ethernet LAN subnet with the virtual tap0 interface on the OpenVPN server.
