Please fix the TAP client crash bug that was introduced back in OpenVPN 2.3.0 and still exists in OpenVPN 2.3.1.

I am unable to advance the build of my OpenVPN server past 2.2.2 until this bug that crashes the OpenVPN TAP client is addressed.

tap client crash? how is this bug triggered? client config? server config? OS details?

Bug first introduced w/OpenVPN 2.3.0 and looks like will be addressed in build 2.3.2 hopefully!
