Hiding real IP from app running as admin in VM?

Hi guys!
I need to run a potentially hostile program in a VM (WinXP) and need to hide my real public IP from it. The program must have internet access and needs to run as administrator in the VM. I also need to run this program in more than one VM at the same time on the same computer, using different IP’s for each VM. I plan to use a pay-for OpenVPN provider and one account for each VM.
My first thought was to run the OpenVPN client in the VM’s together with the hostile program. But I am now suspecting this setup would allow the program to find out my real IP.
So , what would a setup look like that allows different IP’s for different VM’s and which would make it impossible for the hostile program in the VM to find out my real public IP?
