DNS server gets pushed to client but timesout

I'm running a Virtual Server directly connected to the internet with CSF. I have installed OpenVPN and set the DNS option to push 8.8.8.8 as DNS server. Also my server (CentOS) is using 8.8.8.8 as nameserver (in /etc/resolv.conf).
Now when i connect from any device i can connect and surf the internet on IP base. But when i try to surf to like www.google.com i get a timeout. I checked with NSLookup and the DNS server is 8.8.8.8 but gets a time-out.
Did i forget something while configuring my server?
