connect-retry-max and connect-retry do not work

Hello. Thank you for OpenVPN Connect for iOS.
connect-retry-max and connect-retry could not be specified.
As I see by logs it reconnects every 2 seconds and after some time it gives up to do it with "Connection timeout".
Why connect-retry-max infinite does not work? Also persist-tun is specified. So reconnecting must be doing forever as I understand.
